This policy outlines how you may cancel or request a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform:
Cancellations are considered only if requested within 5 days of placing the order. However, requests may not be entertained if the order has been shipped or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the delivery. Refunds/replacements will be made if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
In case of damaged or defective items, report to customer service within 5 days of receipt. Complaints regarding items not matching expectations must also be reported within 5 days.
For products with manufacturer warranties, refer to the manufacturer for service.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
We accept returns/exchanges within 5 days of purchase. After this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed. For eligibility:
(i) Items must be unused and in original condition.
(ii) Items must be in original packaging.
(iii) Sale items may not be eligible for return/exchange.

Orders are shipped via registered domestic couriers and/or speed post. Delivery is usually within 7 days of payment or as agreed. Platform Owner is not liable for courier delays. Orders are delivered to the address provided at purchase, and delivery is confirmed via your registered email. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
